We are Tom and Yolanda Miller, also known as The Miller Group of Baird & Warner. We are thankful for this opportunity to get to know you.

Together we have over 23 years of real estate experience. Although Yolanda has been a citizen of the United States and a resident of Lake Zurich, IL for over 20 years, she was born and raised in Colombia, South America. Although she speaks fluent English, Yolanda is very proud of her heritage and ability to bring her bi-lingual skills into her real estate profession to serve a broader range of clients. She has found that there is a tremendous need for Spanish speaking professionals in real estate and she's grateful to be able to serve that need. To that end, The Miller Group's team also includes Spanish-speaking mortgage lenders and attorneys to provide a greater level of confidence for their Spanish-speaking clients throughout the home buying and selling experience.

Tom has recently joined Yolanda in the business and brings with him over 30 years of corporate business skills including project management and a detailed and analytical aptitude. As a team we are excited to be able to represent our clients with even greater capacity and an expanded skillset to make sure no stone is left unturned.

Together, we enjoy expertly guiding our clients through what is often a complex transaction with many moving parts. We both strive to understand our clients' lifestyle and needs while keeping our clients' best interest front and center at all times; building our real estate practice with integrity as the centerpiece.
