We received excellent advice and information from Marlene and her team. They were very responsive in a timely way, heard our needs and ideas and were able to find buyers who were interested in purchasing the condo. Ultimately the condo was sold and off the market within two weeks of being placed on the MLS. In addition they worked hard to respond to requests from the buyers’ representatives.
