Ying Ren Choinski is a bilingual realtor who speaks fluent English and Mandarin. As a resident of West Loop for over five years and Gold Coast before that, Ying is very well versed in Chicago’s complex real estate market. In her free time, she likes to experience Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods to feel the vibe, see different houses, have dinner and drinks at local restaurants, and people watch. Ying believes that understanding each community is key to being able to find the right property for each client. Her clients often describe her as genuine, caring and responsive.

“One client had an unpleasant experience with a different broker before he reached out to me. He moved from New York and didn’t know much about Chicago. I took the time to introduce him to each neighborhood. After identifying a few great spots that I thought might be a good fit, I made sure to highlight the qualities of each area in addition to showing the property. He fell in love with a condo in Old Town and made an offer the same day!”

Aside from helping clients to buy, sell and rent, Ying also invests in real estate. Inspired by her parents who are real estate investors with more than 15 years of experience she prides herself in providing a great home to her tenants. As a landlord, she understands the criteria important to her investor clients.

She likes to try new things. “I recently started watching Formula 1 and playing golf with my husband.”
