Valerie Warden provides an amazing skillset toward any real estate transaction providing optimal level of success for clients. With over 25 years in real estate, she has held positions as a Residential Real Estate Broker, Commercial Real Estate Broker, Senior Residential Real Estate Loan Officer, and Title Insurance Closing Officer. Valerie takes pride in listening to the needs of homeowners while suggesting a variety of solutions after meetings. Through this collaboration, she has successfully guided clients during the process of negotiation of sales price vs. offer when purchasing and selling real estate. This achieves the highest results for real estate owners and buyers. With experience in title insurance and residential lending Valerie Warden has the acumen for due diligence allowing smoother transactions without delays.

Tenaciously seeking professional and personal growth is among Valerie Warden’s greatest traits. Her indomitable spirit is evident through educational triumphs that reveal her high level of interest to research; including courses in Commercial Real Estate Investment Analysis through the CCIM institute; gaining expertise on courses in Argus commercial software; as well, she has received her MBA, a personal educational goal.  She joined Baird & Warner in 2018 to work with a knowledgeable team, using tools that surpass the current industry systems and to continue with passion and energy in helping others meet their real estate objectives.  Using Baird and Warner’s intranet, she creates transparency on timelines and clear communications toward appointments, scheduling and offers and acceptance for clients to view at their leisure. 

Valerie Warden appreciates family, her dog, faith and helping others in need.  In memory of her grandmother she created Martha’s Joy Group to initiate spending time with homebound elderly who were members of her church. While being a part of the St. Charles and Geneva Chamber of Commerce she involved herself the Commerce Legislative Committee; involved in knowing the businesses in both cities.  Discussions in these meetings were informative on how federal, state and local laws (i.e. tax laws, building codes and etc.) would affect the community. The passion, energy, research and philanthropy she applies for her people in real estate industry and in her community is of utmost importance to her, believing that real estate is the cornerstone of community.
