Thomas Marchetti combines an array of professional skills and experiences in his career as a real estate broker. In addition to having previously worked as a realtor from 2006 – 2010, he has spent 10 years as a consultant, helping companies review their operations and finances and build new strategies for future success; and several more years in his family’s restaurant, catering, and property development businesses. Thomas prides himself on his high standards of service, listening closely and compassionately to his clients’ needs, and then working meticulously with them through each stage of their transaction to achieve an ideal outcome. He specializes in residential properties, including single family homes, multi-units, and new developments, and is enthusiastic about helping people discover the exceptional architecture and interior design of both the historic and recently constructed homes in the city.

A Chicago resident since 1989, Thomas has expertise in every one of the city’s dynamic property markets, as well as knowledge of the many recreational and dining options to be found in each neighborhood. Outside of his work as a realtor, Thomas enjoys meditating, reading, biking throughout the city, and indulging his passion for cooking.
