Tammy Morehouse recently joined Baird & Warner as a Broker. She brings more than 20 years of corporate sales and marketing experience combined with a comprehensive knowledge of the greater Chicago real estate market.  Over the past 25 years she and her family have lived in homes in Lincoln Park, East and West Lakeview in the city and Oak Park in the near western suburbs.  Tammy has a keen eye for design and a knack for rehab and renovation, from basic remodeling to the design and construction of her current home.  Tammy understands the variety of public and private school choices in the area, having recently completed high school placement for her son.  And she knows from experience the intricacies and pressures of corporate relocation.  Tammy is intent on translating this expertise into outstanding service for her clients, whether they're buying, selling or renting. 

Tammy earned her bachelor's degree and MBA with honors from Rice University in Houston, TX, where she was a four-year scholarship swimmer and NCAA record holder as an undergraduate. 

Tammy invests in the community, donating about 10% of her annual professional income to local causes and charitable organizations. She is a longtime member and supporter of OLMCA and is also active volunteer with youth soccer and Lakeview Pantry.
