Working with Sue was a great experience! Moving from another state is already stressful enough and Sue helped make it a seamless process. She has great communication, awesome negotiator and was very patient with us. Would highly recommend her!

It was felt from the beginning that Sue Perdue was more on the buyers side than ours. After signing the contract we only saw here once in the entire process. The exorbitant fees she has are outrageous and I would not recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house.
