My certifications include Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (C.P.R.E.S.), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), with a special focus on seniors, probate, and downsizing transitions.
