Spencer joins the Baird and Warner Team with a plethora of experience in both the residential and commercial real estate market. As a third generation family member involved in the real estate industry, Spencer has had the opportunity to learn the real estate industry from his father and grandfather, who successfully built a legion of homes and commercial spaces throughout the Chicagoland and suburban areas.

Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and has prior work experience as an Assistant Project Manager with new construction, renovations, & rehabs, and as a Real Estate Analyst and Property Management Field Specialist with a multi-billion dollar Chicago area bank.

As a real estate analyst with an Associate Real Estate Appraiser Trainee License and a member of the Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals, Spencer knows the proper appraisal methodologies and has the knowledge to help ascertain the most profitable property values for his clients.  He has inspected and evaluated hundreds of foreclosed properties as to their physical condition to help determine property values. In addition, for over four years, Spencer has been an Illinois Licensed Home Inspector. He has inspected the interior systems and exteriors of existing single and multi-family homes, and condos and knows how to accurately ascertain property conditions. He has additional home inspection training in pre-1950’s structures.

Spencer enjoys refereeing high school basketball, umpiring baseball, and coaching kids of all ages.
