Overall, Sherry did a great job throughout the process. She was responsive, professional, and helped everything move smoothly to closing. One thing I would note for future listings is that it would have been helpful to have more upfront information about the new building that recently went up and now blocks the view from the unit. That may be something to flag earlier for potential buyers.
