Sepehr Ghader, Ph.D.
Licensed Real Estate Agent
Sepehr brings an unusually analytical lens to real estate, shaped by a career built on data, markets, and decision-making under uncertainty. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Maryland, and has spent his career as a quantitative analyst — most recently as a Crude Oil Analyst at Citadel, where he built statistical and machine learning models to forecast global commodity markets and identify trading opportunities.
Sepehr earned his real estate license to apply that same rigor closer to home: managing his own property portfolio, and helping close friends and family navigate buying, selling, and investing decisions with the same care he'd bring to any high-stakes analysis.
At this stage, Sepehr is not taking on outside clients. He's between roles in the commodities trading world — serving a contractual non-compete period before starting a new position as an oil trading analyst — and during this window has chosen to deepen his real estate expertise rather than step away from the industry entirely. It's a deliberate, hands-on investment in a field he plans to make his primary focus down the road: once his trading career winds down, real estate is the career he intends to build in earnest.
Until then, Sepehr is happy to be a resource and a sounding board for the people closest to him, and is always glad to connect for a conversation about the market.
