She is known for taking properties that have languished on the market for months, reworking the listing, and selling for even more than sellers thought possible. She has a social media fan following for her “before and after” projects in which she showcases and details the dramatic turn arounds. She has an extensive background in renovation and rehab and is able to guide both buyers and sellers with ideas on what modifications may be possible in a home, what the rough costs may be and even assist in helping them find the right team to make it happen.
Prior to her real estate career Molly earned her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, one of the country’s elite business schools. She holds two undergraduate degrees from Miami University, Oxford, and above all, has real life know-how and interpersonal skills that make her easy to connect with.
Having led major marketing and sales initiatives for large corporations in her earlier career, Molly applies exceptionally sophisticated and thoughtful listing strategies for her selling clients and is one of the toughest negotiators in the business using many skills learned at the University of Chicago for both sellers and buyers.
Her clients find her upbeat personality, attention to detail, and "always on" approach refreshing. She leaves no stone unturned as she works to find the best fit property for a buyer or negotiate and market for a seller. She is always known for a good laugh and uses humor to lighten the mood, but knows when to bring out the sharp knives to execute a contract meticulously.
Molly is licensed in Illinois and serves both major metro areas and suburbs alike. She has been a resident of the city of Chicago for over 25 years, and prior to that lived for a short stint in Detroit and many years in various parts of Ohio. She has a large connection of real estate contacts throughout the country and can provide assistance in any state.
In her free time Molly spends time advocating for those who need help. She is the Executive Director and Founder of a Chicago-based animal rescue having placed over 1500 rescued animals in homes over the past 20 years. She additionally is a community advocate for the homeless and underserved and can often be found working on a specific project to help someone in need regain independence and dignity.
Molly is an active urban garden enthusiast and is known for sharing the bounty of her garden and her green-thumb wisdom with her clients. When she isn't working (which is rare), she can be found golfing, playing pickleball, spending time with her two dogs Buckeye and Stormy, her family, playing cards, or going to one of the many local craft beer festivals in search of a new favorite sip or diving into the restaurant scene wherever she happens to be.
