Michael is amazing. Not only did I buy my first home with him, 10 years later life went crazy he helped me sell that house! He is super trustworthy very helpful with litterally any question you can think of. He is really easy going, not pushy and has been in this business so long there isn't much he hasn't seen or dealt with. Truly safe, comfortable, unstressful best real estate agent ever!
Michael and Gail were great to work with. The follow-up was excellent, and they are both very familiar with the local market. Michael had mentioned up front that our condo would sell quick and it sure did! Should the situation arise to work together again we would look forward to it. Kudos to you both, Victoria and Randall Houchen

I wish there was a way for me to give Mike Simpson and his team a higher review. I generally don’t like giving 5/5 on things because it makes it seem like there is no room for improvement. In this case, there wasn’t. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and representative in my best interests. Thank you!!!
Carol was great!! Solved lots of problems with my sale!!
Michael was almost always available every time we called for advice. And when not available he called back as soon as he could. His advice and expertise was invaluable while selling and while buying the houses he helped us with. He made the whole experience seem less stressful which was a blessing. He worked with us like a friend would and was always there for us. Thanks again Michael.
