Madalyn was a true pleasure to work with . She knows the city well and went above and beyond to take care of us! Highly recommend!

Madalyn is the best. She really fought for me and I truly appreciate her. She makes real and personal relationships outside of business. She is a gem that goes above and beyond.

I was out of the country, and Madeline took control and handled the whole negotiation and signing of the contract without me having any worries. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Jonathan Janott.

Madalyn has been a Godsend. I am so incredibly lucky to have found her! I was so lost with my apartment search and she made me feel at ease during our first conversation. I will absolutely reach out to her for future apartment searches and will continue to recommend her to anyone else needing assistance. Not only was she the best broker I could have hoped for with my search, but she's al...

I started working with Madalyn five years ago during my transition from college to starting my professional career in Chicago. From helping me find my first rental apartment, to most recently helping me buy my first condo and everything in between, she has been so supportive. She was my real estate mom away from home, going to bat for me and making sure I was informed about everything! W...

Madalyn went above and beyond during every step of the apartment search process and did an amazing job!

Madalyn is an excellent agent with very good skills and knowledge about the business . I will recommend her for the future businesses

Madalyn Galdamez is an excellent real estate agent! We have worked together through the list of potential options and visited quite a lot of them. I was having trouble making a decision and Madalyn was very patient and supportive. I am extremely glad that within 2 weeks time we found a perfect apartment that checked all the boxes. Madalyn was available day and night to answer all my que...

Madalyn is the best real estate agent with whom we have ever worked and we worked with many in Arizona. We have not previously purchased property in Chicago and Madalyn's knowledge and understanding of Chicago and the market was a great educational benefit for us. Additionally she was very patient with us which we really appreciate. At first we were set on finding a property in Streeter...

Buying or selling, Madalyn Galdamez is the one you want on your side. She was there with me 24/7 and every step of the way. She was there when I had questions, and believe I had tons, she responded quickly and professionally and ensured me that everything will be addressed in the next steps of the buying process. She is a heck of a negotiator and was able to get me a place beyond my expectations.

Madalyn is a true GEM, she worked all hours of the day to answer our questions and find us our dream apartment. Madalyn is an exceptionally positive, warm, and knowledgeable person. We couldn’t imagine using anyone else.

Madalyn was exactly what I needed. Her enthusiasm for what she did was very apparent. She gave it to me straight which was exactly what I wanted from a realtor. I really enjoyed my experience with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a place in Chicago.

Being first time homebuyers we really didn’t know what to expect. We have heard horror stories from some people about their experience during the process and when we share our experience the first thing people ask us is “who was your realtor?” We proudly answer with “Madalyn Galdamez”. Madalyn is everything you could ever hope for in a professional; a powerful negotiator, a we...

If I could recommend Madalyn to everyone in the Chicagoland area, I would. She was so amazing in helping us find our new home downtown. She is very quick in responding and makes you feel that you are not only just a client to her but a #1 priority. Madalyn is very knowledgeable in all there is to know about renting/owning and leasing in the Chicago area, so it was easy to trust her ad...

Madalyn was not only my broker but she was my psychotherapist as well. She got me through a very tough transition in my life. I would recommend her to any member of my family or friends.

Wonderful person

I worked directly with over thousands of Realtors and Financial advisors as a marketing advisor. Madalyn is the BEST!! She is thoughtful, kind and the hardest working Realtor I have ever worked with. If you get a chance to work with Madalyn you will NOT regret it. She will find you exactly what you’re looking for and the experience will be effortle

Our daughter just graduated from college and accepted a job in Chicago. We are from Texas and knew nothing at all about the area. Madalyn was referred to us from a realtor friend and from the first phone conversation with her I knew we were in good hands. After getting a feel for us and what we were looking for, she set up all day appointments with apartments for us to tour. As a moth...

DID VERY GOOD JOB.

I first met Madalyn when she helped me find an apartment during a temporary work assignment in the city. At the time we met, I was in another state and was unable to travel to Chicago. Madalyn worked miracles to show me apartments and the neighborhoods they were in via FaceTime. She went above and beyond for me, and injected her signature wit and humor into what could have been an incred...

We have used Madelyn twice and both times she was extremely helpful. She handled everything from start to finish. Always professional but with a sense of humor. Madelyn knows her business!
