This is the one that tugs at my heartstrings…     After assisting both my parents through end of life, and going through the Probate process, I was like most people, knew nothing about it until it came upon me.

One of my great passions is to help guide families through the process of not only selling real estate in probate, but other challenges which they may encounter to settle the estate.

I am frequently asked what I charge for these additional services other than being compensated as the Real Estate Listing Broker for the sale of the property.   These are no additional fees paid to me.   The only monetary fees would be to those providers who are hired to complete various tasks to prepare the property for sale.     Coordinating all, or some, of the above needed services is part of my commitment as a CPRES to those who seek out my help.

From the first day we meet, to the day of closing the estate, I will be there overseeing the entire process, for you and with you, as you traverse through the probate process, and ultimately selling the probate property.
