Katarina is a graduate of Comenius University in Slovakia, living in Chicago for the last 15+ years during which she developed a deep understanding of the various real estate opportunities that are available within Chicago’s neighborhoods.

As a member of the extraordinary Baird and Warner team, she brings her knowledge of interpersonal communication refined while earning her Master’s degree in social work.  Katarina successfully utilizes this knowledge amongst other skills in reaching her client’s real estate goals.

Katarina expanded her skills of working effectively while delivering under pressure, especially during her prior management position at the Chicago Headquarters of the American Red Cross.  She understands that buying or selling real estate can turn into a stressful process.  However, with Katarina’s strength coming from her past work experience as well as her integrity give her an advantage to ensure your real estate transaction is backed up by an assertive negotiator who aims for the most seamless process possible.

In her spare time, Katarina enjoys various activities in the city and on the lake, such as Chicago Symphony Orchestra, rollerblading, tennis and boating.  She also loves to travel and spend time with her husband and their son.
