Hi my name is Joy,

After many years of working in the construction industry with my husband and family members, I decided it would be a great idea AND a perfect place to bring my skills, to Baird & Warner and become a Real Estate Broker.
 

While working in the construction industry and raising my four children, I always found time to do things that I enjoy; such as attending any activities that my children participated in, learning to watercolor and oil paint, learning to play the Harmonica, being a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and volunteering at Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) both as a facilitator and a board member. I was a board member of one of the Aurora Boy Scout Troups and I am currently a board member of Kentucky Youth Leadership Organization.

I have held a Illinois Notary license for many years and I have currently been certified through Military on the Move and I am a Certified Negotiation Expert.  I am currently working on my Master Negotiation designation in addition to taking classes to become a Senior Real Estate Specialist.
