About me

​Hi! My name is Joe, and I am broker associate here at Baird & Warner.  I grew up nearby in the town of Lombard, and later attended the College of DuPage where I earned an Associates Degree in applied sciences.  I have many interests in life, including sports (especially golf), cars, and of course, watching home renovation t.v. shows.  

Real estate has always been an interest of mine.  I bought my first home shortly after graduating from college, and fell in love with the process of both looking for property, and then, afterwards, renovating it.  I enjoy working on homes and am fascinated at how many choices and products are at a consumer's disposal when it comes to renovations.

My goals ​​in both real estate brokerage, and here at Baird and Warner are one in the same.  I want to help people find the fun and enjoyment in the process of searching for a future home.  Along the journey of finding a client a home, I want to be there to offer assistance and suggestions whenever they are needed.  Home designs and renovation ideas are ever changing, and personally, I cannot wait to see what the future holds for both the housing and homeowner consumer markets.
