She was great and was quite to set up tours of houses

Jill Burke did a great job helping me close on my property and parcel. She was professional the entire time, but tough when she needed to be to make sure I got what I wanted. I would definitely recommend her.

Jill was amazing throughout the entire process. Listened to what I was looking for and gave me guidance along the way. She also knew what issues to raise during negotiations and anticipated the other sides response. Jill is very personalable and made buying a home easy, despite a difficult market. I enjoyed working with Jill and highly recommend her.

Jill was awesome she gave us great feedback on what we could do to get the house ready for showings. Built up suspense on our house coming on to market and had an opening day Open House. We eneded up getting 6 offers and got over asking price on our home. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to move.

Jill was extremely helpful and made the very difficult process easy. Jill was very knowledgeable of the housing market and knew exactly what to ask for and when. Jill was very attentive and helped us though each step. I would definitely recommend her to any friends or family looking to purchase or sell their homes.

Jill is a wonderful agent, always was available, I would highly recommend her as your realtor, she went above and beyond, extremely knowledgeable, and will stick with you until your home is sold. Excellent realtor.

Working with Jill was an absolute pleasure! Her expertise, professionalism, and kindness were truly appreciated! She is awesome at what she does and I would highly recommend Jill to anyone - you won’t be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jill was an absolute dream to work with. Highly professional and very easy to get a hold of. I’ve personally enlisted her services twice and will continue to recommend her as “my” agent to anyone I come in contact with! Thanks for everything Jill!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Jill! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated throughout the entire process of selling my home. Her expertise and strategic approach resulted in me getting the highest sales price ever in my neighborhood. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor!

Very professional and very personable! Answered all my questions! Negotiated the best deal!

Jill: Always goes beyond her job description. She responds quickly to texts and phone calls. She knows and understands the market. She is really an expert. I have purchased and sold 11 homes before, and she is the best agent we ever had. My compliments to her and her professional knowledge. She is so good, we recommended her to our daughter who just sold their home with Jill. Baird and W...
