Frances is incredibly professional and responsive. She went the extra mile to verify potential buyer information and facilitate the entire process of selling our house. Her photographer made the colors pop vividly in the pictures, she uses the latest technology (virtual staging), and was patient with a long off-season sales process.

Frances wanted us to list our house at a lower price than where we started. Had we done as she suggested, we might have sold our house sooner. She is knowledgeable about how to stage homes. She connected me with an organizing company, who helped me clear clutter and stage with my own belongings. This showcased the size and storage available in the home.
