Evita earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from Northeastern Illinois University in just five years, graduating as a member of the University Honors Program with a completed thesis and as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society. Before entering real estate, Evita honed her analytical and client management skills as a business tutor and later as an analyst and account manager—roles that reinforced her instinct for listening carefully, identifying needs, and developing thoughtful solutions.

Real estate, in many ways, is a family calling for Evita. She grew up watching her aunt and uncle build a successful brokerage over 35 years, and another aunt practice as a realtor for nearly two decades—giving her an insider's perspective on what the profession demands and what it means to truly serve a client well.
