Upon graduating college in Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management, Dorit began her own financial planning practice. It taught her the true meaning of hard work, self-discipline, dedication, and persistence. Dorit makes a conscious effort to bring this kind of fortitude to everything she does, particularly with her work as a real estate agent. Having a background in finance has proved to be of value to Dorit’s clients in helping them budget buying a home, investment, or other property, as well as selling their current property.

Furthermore, Dorit is an interior decorator and a professional ASP Home Stager (Accredited Staging Professional). This, too, has been another value for Dorit’s clients. She helps them see the potential and possibilities when buying, and especially helps her sellers make their property show its best when selling. A service that she provides is ‘Staged to Sell’ helping sellers bring out the features, attributes, and beauty of their property when showing it on the resale market. This has proven to maximize the seller’s net value and decrease market time.

Furthermore, over the last decade, Dorit has been working with Developers and Builders in the Chicagoland area. Her specialties include consulting on finding the areas to build in based on developing market trends, laying out the project and scope, as well as consulting on design for the property/ies. Dorit works with the Developers from start to finish! From finding the project, all the way to the maximum profits on the resale(s).

After living in the city for nearly 8 years, Dorit and her family moved back to Skokie with husband Roy, sons Ori, Liron, and Eitan, and daughter Noa.
