Hi, I’m Debra Novak, a real estate agent with a deep connection to Chicago. I grew up in the Edgewater neighborhood and now serve clients across the North Side, Northwest Side, and surrounding suburbs. I’m a proud mom of four, married, and have a house full of love with three dogs and three cats. In my free time, I love running, attending Cubs and Bears games, and enjoying live music.

Why Real Estate?

Inspired by my aunt, who had a long career in real estate, I decided to pursue this career once my children became more independent. Before real estate, I was a stay-at-home mom and worked in the restaurant industry and security at music festivals and sporting events—experiences that honed my customer service and relationship-building skills.

What I Do Best:

I specialize in working with buyers, helping them find their perfect home. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the joy on a client’s face when they find a place they truly love. I have a strong knowledge of various neighborhoods across the city and suburbs, and I use that expertise to guide clients through the home-buying process with confidence.
