Debbie comes to Baird & Warner with many years of experience. She has been working with satisfied buyers and sellers for over 17 years. However, Debbie began her real estate career in property management working for The Habitat Company. During her eight years in that industry, she was a Leasing and Marketing Director for a 1529 unit complex and later was promoted to manager.

Later, Debbie decided to go into sales.  She started out in development sales with Garrison Partners and then was recruited to work for Koenig & Strey as a broker where she was featured in the Chicago Tribune and became a member of The President’s Club her second year in the business. She later followed her managing broker to Coldwell Banker Residential.

Today, it is important to educate your clients about the ever-changing market. She takes prides in her swift, detailed, honest, reliable and ethical approach to her work. Most of her clients become her friends.  Debbie is involved in many civic organizations and feels that it is important to give back to the community.
