Even though Cherylene works out of the Barrington office, she has worked with Home Sellers in Cary, Wauconda, Streamwood, Hanover Park, as well as Chicago. The locations that she has worked with Home Buyers include Lake in the Hills, Barrington, Algonquin, Cary, Crystal Lake, Dundee, Arlington Heights, Prospect Heights, Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Lake Zurich, Palatine, Streamwood, Bartlett, Hanover Park. Elgin, Wauconda, Carol Stream, Wheeling, Buffalo Grove, Round Lake and as far away as Peoria Heights. 

Cherylene has her certification in Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR) to help you feel more confident that she will assist you to the best of her ability if you need to go this direction, and has a lot of compassion and consideration in these difficult times. In addition  she has earned the Broker Price Opinion Resource Certification (BPOR) to gain a better understanding and knowledge on researching and pricing your home. This will benefit the Buyer with making the best offer, and assist the seller to price their home competitively.

Cherylene worked for a large paint corporation as a Technical Support Specialist. If you have any questions regarding Paint Preparation or Paint Techniques such as Faux Techniques, she can answer questions for you, or will be more than happy to find an answer for you if she does not have one. 

She has been a resident of the Northwest Suburbs for 30 years and has been in various positions in the Customer Service Field in this time frame. Prior to moving to Illinois she attended school in Ohio. After leaving school, she married and had one beautiful daughter. Her small family then moved to Illinois where she had three more beautiful daughters and now also has five lovely granddaughters and two handsome grandsons. Cherylene is now working as a full time Realtor serving the Northwest Suburbs.
