As a Barrington native and a lifelong Chicago area resident, Blake brings a deep understanding of the local communities, market trends, and long-term value drivers that shape real estate decisions in the area.

Blake approaches every client relationship as a trusted advisor, backed by a background in finance and investing. He began his career in KPMG’s business valuation practice and later served as a portfolio manager for a private investment fund, giving him a deep understanding of how to evaluate opportunities and price assets. Today, he uses that experience to help sellers price their homes strategically and guide buyers in making confident, well-informed decisions.

As an active real estate investor, Blake understands what makes a property not just a home, but a smart investment. He is committed to helping clients make informed decisions, whether they are purchasing their first home, selling a property, or building long-term wealth through real estate.

Blake holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University. Blake and his wife are graduates of Barrington High School and currently live in Park Ridge. Outside of real estate, Blake enjoys skiing, cooking, reading, and spending time in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with friends and family.
