Prior to earning his broker’s license, Gerry spent a decade in the hospitality industry, refining his expertise in managing client relationships, projects, and operations. Additional work experience in facility management helped to develop his deep understanding of both commercial and residential buildings. From first time buyers to savvy investors, Gerry’s clients benefit from his knowledge about buildings and their mechanical and physical operations. He connects easily with others—forging strong client relationships based upon his integrity and ability to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Looking back across his professional life, Gerry is especially proud of having been one of 11 Hilton Hotel team members nationwide who were selected for an elite management training program. The professionalism, dedication and capabilities that ensured his early career successes are now leveraged to achieve the goals of his clients. On a more personal level, Gerry also draws inspiration from his hardworking mother and his daughters—who motivate and inspire him to continue building upon his past accomplishments.

Outside of his professional life, Gerry enjoys taking advantage of the myriad opportunities afforded by his hometown. He is passionate about Chicago’s wealth of cultural diversity and enjoys the rich variety of food and experiences that can be enjoyed throughout the city’s many distinct neighborhoods. He appreciates each of the four seasons for the unique experiences that each one offers.
