We’re Carolyn and Richard Castellini — a husband-and-wife real estate team proudly serving Evanston and the greater Chicago area through Baird & Warner’s Central Street office. As long-time Evanston residents and parents of four, we bring both deep professional expertise and a personal understanding of what makes a house a home.

Carolyn began her real estate career in 2011. She has a depth of knowledge in neighborhoods and school districts across the Northshore, having taught in Evanston, Skokie and Glenview. She is known for her warmth, market knowledge, and commitment to her clients. Richard brings a unique background as a senior executive in the HR technology industry, having served as Chief Marketing Officer of CareerBuilder and President of Broadbean Technologies’ Asia-Pacific division — roles that took our family all the way to Sydney, Australia.

Before launching The Castellini Home Team, we were already experts in navigating big moves and life transitions — and now we help others do the same. Whether you're buying your first condo, selling a long-loved family home, or relocating across the globe, we provide personalized, strategic guidance every step of the way.

We’ve called Evanston home for over 20 years and have been deeply involved in the community — from Kings Arts PTA and ETHS Boosters to local churches, and Northwestern Football games!  Carolyn is a Northwestern Wildcat, and Richard is a proud Notre Dame alum. Fun fact: we met on the first day of grade school in Cincinnati!
