Born and raised in the southwest suburbs and a city resident for more than 15 years, Alison Kedzie has a genuine love for Chicago. Complementing her passion and deep knowledge of the city are her many relevant skills and solid business expertise. Launching and operating her own business in the beauty industry taught her the importance of community and relationship building – a valuable asset that now benefits her real estate clients. The decision to sell her business and earn her broker’s license was a natural step, given Alison’s passion for helping others at important points in their lives. With her strong entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills, she helps her real estate clients to achieve their goals.

Alison also brings tremendous compassion and empathy to her career, capabilities she honed as a Wellness Director at DePaul University – working with students at a critical time in their lives as they transitioned to being on their own in a new city. Now, assisting clients as they navigate the life-changing decisions involved with buying or selling a home, Alison has the patience and perseverance to advocate effectively on her client’s behalf, guiding them through each step of the transaction with ease.

When she is not helping her clients with their real estate needs, Alison enjoys taking advantage of all that Chicago has to offer. She is proud to be raising her son and step daughter in such a diverse and culturally rich city and along with her husband, the family can often be found exploring Chicago’s many parks and green spaces. The family is close to Alison’s parents and brothers, and they enjoy gathering all together for a favorite meal like Chicago-style pizza. As a wellness enthusiast, Alison also loves checking out different fitness studios, sometimes enhancing her workout with her favorite podcast.
